• Minimum 5 years experience in application development and support using .NET technologies (e.g., Visual Basic, C# and ASP), third-party objects and other similar technologies.

• Minimum 3 years experience in application development leveraging relational and OLTP database technologies such as Oracle 10g, SQL Server and MySQL.

• Minimum of 2 years experience working within matrixed systems project teams.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance initiatives, testing methodologies, and procedures preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Agile Development Methodologies such as SCRUM, RAD (Rapid Application Development) and Extreme Programming preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year experience with process modeling methodologies such as Six Sigma or CMM preferred.
