SPECIFIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
•         Experience developing web applications using C# and ASP.NET,  5 years min with at least 3 years in ASP.Net 2.0
•         Extensive Experience with Visual Studio 2005
•         Ability to score at least 70% on Basic Section of Prove-IT SQL Server2005 for Developers Test
•         Ability to score at least 70% on Basic Section of Prove-IT ASP.Net 2.0 Test
•         Good working knowledge of Ajax in a production environment
•         Experience debugging complex, large-scale web applications on the Windows Web platform
•         Experience writing SQL and performing basic database administration on the Microsoft SQL Server platform
•         Experience in interpreting query execution plans
•         Experience with Windows application server technologies (IIS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, etc.)
•         Strong knowledge of client side web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
•         Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•         Excellent oral and written communication skills (9/10 minimum)
•         Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
•         Proficiency with MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
•         Broad understanding of web software architecture

SPECIFIC SKILL SETS DESIRED, BUT NOT NECESSARILY REQUIRED:
•         Experience with Visual Studio 2008
•         Experience with an Agile software development methodology (especially Scrum) and Test Driven Development
•         Recent (last 6 months) experience with .Net 3.0, 3.5
•         Experience developing unit tests for .NET applications (NUnit, Visual Studio Test or the equivalent)
•         Experience with Visual Studio Developer Edition and/or Visual Studio Database Edition (DB Pro)

EDUCATION DESIRED:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other related field or comparable work experience.
