Our client, one of DFW’s leading retailers is looking for an experienced .NET Developer/Lead to perform hands-on design, development, and implementation tasks associated with projects.
This position will develop web applications using VB.NET and ASP.NET.
 
In addition this person will provide hands-on technical leadership in all design, development, and implementation tasks associated with projects. Ideal candidates will have the ability to operate effectively in a broad technology footprint (MVS, Non-Stop, COBOL, ASP, and .Net).
 
Solid commuinication skills will be needed to effectively communicate with the business areas when defining the requirements to solve business problems and during all phases of a project.
 
Work with associates and contractors to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements/intent as well as meeting technology direction and best practices.

• UML

OPTIONAL: Messaging technologies such as MQ, ESB and Message Broker
