Our client is seeking a Senior / Lead .Net Developer with 6+ years experience in .Net applications development, along with 3+ years experience in a technical lead developer role.
The purpose of the position is to help our client transform their core internal systems from a traditional green screen and reports environment to web-based applications with GUI interfaces. It is expected that this position will have a significant role in the definition and architecture of an overall delivery strategy for all user-facing systems.
This position requires someone with strong analyst skills who can work directly with the business stakeholders (including senior management) to define system requirements, translate those requirements into a technical design, and then develop and support the system application -- in essence, someone who can "own" the entire project lifecycle.
This opportunity will require superior knowledge and skills related to business and systems architecture as well as demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.

• Knowledgeable with architecture models such Service Oriented Architecture, Messaging Oriented Architecture
• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
• Project and program management planning and organizational skills
• Must be very proficient in Microsoft ASP.NET, WindowsClient.NET, C#, SQL Server technologies
• Knowledge of database and application server technologies such as DB/2, IIS/MTS, WebSphere, Apache/Tomcat, etc.
