Job Description: The Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and implementing high-quality dynamic websites and internal applications primarily
using ASP.Net and SQL Server.

Required Qualifications:
• Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications.
• Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with a focus on usability.
• Experience working within disciplined software development approaches, including test-driven development and object-oriented analysis/design.
• Significant work experience with all of the following languages and tools: Professional standards-based web development using ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, NET based language (C#, VB.Net), and a good working knowledge of SQL. Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Internet Hosting technologies including IIS, FTP, SSH/SFTP (admin, config, support).
• Qualified individuals will have a minimum of three 3 years of working with ASP.Net (C# or VB.Net) and relational databases.
Pluses (nice to have)
• Experience with Flash MX, LoadRunner/QALoad, ESRI GIS, Microsoft BizTalk/BEA Weblogic/IBM WebSphere, Microsoft SharePoint/BEA Portal, AJAX, UDDI, WSDL, .NET Compact Framework 2.0/J2ME, and Content management system and/or SQL Reporting a plus.
• Experience in object oriented methodology and application development (server side and user interface) in JAVA and J2EE including JSP, Servlets, Java Beans, JMS, and JDBC is a plus. Administration and application deployment on J2EE application servers like BEA Weblogic/IBM Websphere is a plus.
